I found this video on YouTube which seems to suggest that film was restored with a new 4k scan.
I can't seem to get an English translation of the comments on youtube.
I just ordered a copy from Amazon, so will hopefully see in a couple weeks (shipping time). I will be interested to see if this is region locked or not as many Gaumont releases are region free. Everywhere seems to say it does have English subtitles.

it's odd they compare it with VHS instead of the years ago released DVD but even so I could tell it's better than that

L'opération Corned Beef and Les Anges gardiens have a DTS-HA Stéréo soundtrack instead of the 5.1 soundrack of the DVD edition. I am very disappointed. I made the comparaison between the DVD and Bluray and the soundtrack of the bluray is very poor.

I checked the last screenshot that mike962 made and the screenshot is not the good one. The film is shown in 2.35 same as the DVD. Nothing changed. The screenshot made by mike962 is 1.85. I can't make a screenshot because my bluray player on my computer is not functionning anymore.

Bluray has nothing to do with youtube.

I just buy the bluray and I can assure you that the screenshot of youtube has nothing to do with what I can see on my bluray. Screenshot on youtube is 1.85:1 and screenshot of bluray of bluray is 2.35:1.
Soundtrack of Bluray is stéréo and not 5.1 as the DVD. Very poor soundtrack.

I would give 4/5 for the picture and not more than 3/5 for the sound.

For "Les Anges Guardiens" it worst. I can not give more than 2/5 for the sound because the soundtrack of the movie at the Theater was Dolby SR. And the bluray is only stéréo. The DVD was 5.1

Do either L'Operation Corned Beef or Les Anges Guardiens have English subs?

If you make a comparaison of screenshots it's better to make a screenshot directly of the bluray and the DVD and not from Youtube and IMCDB or any other sites. You don't know the references of these screenshots. You tell me that on IMCDB it's a DVD cap. I went to this site and I never see the mention of DVD maybe these are caps coming from the cable TV?
I have not the posibility to make screenshots and to show you but I checked especially for you the bluray edition. And I am here to help people who have questions about an edition.

L'Operation Corned Beef, Les Anges Gardiens and Twist Again A Moscou have all English subtitles. I checked the discs myself because sometimes the informations on the cover can be wrong.

Thank you bro

Praying Gaumont will throw a curveball and do an HD transfer of Les Visiteurs En Amerique so I can have both cuts on Blu
