SWEET.

Mad Men Season 1 on Blu-Ray is about as good as TV gets. I can't recommend it enough.

exactly what I was thinking. I sure haven't heard it. Would expect to get other shows from Fox (24!!!) before Simpsons. Isn't the simpsons simply upconverted for HD broadcasts anyway because it's still not produced in HD?

I wish they'd start with a later season than one but i guess it all makes sense to do it in chronological order. If you watch some eps from seasons 1-3 compared to every other season and there just a huge disparity between them (IMO). But at least something as great as the simpsons is being released on blu!

Supernatural season 3 is coming out on BD in November 11th.

So far I have Smallville 6 & 7, and Pushing Daisies 1.

I'll be grabbing Sarah Connor 1, Chuck 1, and the Heroes sets at some point.

Hopefully we get more announcements soon. Would love to see Office and Earl get releases.

Keitai Sousakan 7 (ケータイ捜査官７) is also being released on blu-ray. Fun series, by the way.

Volume 1 is on sale, the subsequent volumes are following. Specs:
Vol 1 : 1 episode, subsequent volumes are 2 episodes
Linear PCM (stereo)
BD25

I kinda like the black Blu-ray cases
