CC Covers BURN IN in Tampa Fl

So....The past 2 weeks I have had an Issue with my brand new Panny 800U .
I did the Break in process for the 1st 100 to 150 hrs. I keep my set at THX MODE. Well the past 2 weeks i have had a little problem with my IR/Burn In.. from playing COD4 on my 360...in GAMEMODE- in which me and my girl play for 1 hour a night right. The HUDS ARE STILL VISABLE AFTER WHITE WASHING FOR A WEEK NOW AND PLAYING TONS OF BLU RAYS IN 1:85 it still there .Well I called around and ask alot of you on here what to do!!(Thank you for all the peeps that answered back) and all of you said that CC never covers BURN IN..i asked some of you even to called your local CC and ask because everyone and their moms told me that they would never cover that right....I HAVE IT IN WRITING that the CC IN TAMPA FL, off N. Dale Mabry Hwy is swapping out my set No QUESTIONS ASKED ..they say if you have BURN IN that with the CCAPP(Protection plan covers it...so I told him that some of you called around to your local CC stores and asked and all of them said NO WE DON'T..The manager at the TAMPA store told me it's because of the REGION that store is in.
CRAZY...he told me that I'm the 1st ever to BURN IN a PANNY Plasma 800U.. Then I asked him what happens in a year or a couple of months and I get the same Problem..he told me again that if their is BURN IN that they will give me a brand new tv. I asked him what if the Corprate says different and he told me then they would have to A-Give me my Money back or B- give me a brand new tv..Because when i bought this set from them I told them i Game a bit and i love Blu Rays and they told me that the Panny is the way to go.
That is the outcome so far ..
