Ps3 Blu-ray settings - Blu-ray Forum

Hey guys I own a 26 inch LCD HDTV Samsung supports 720p and 1080i

and I was going threw the blu-ray settings on the ps3 and I came across this BD 1080p 24Hz output I turned it on automatic

I didn't see how it could benefit me or it could hurt me or can it?

I don't think it'll do any harm since yer TV doesn't support 1080/24P.. ya should be fine

since you have it set on automatic it wont harm your tv but it also wouldnt benefit you either since like as said before because since you dont have a 1080p tv. so everything is ok
