This sucks, but it's perfectly understandable that Christopher Nolan wants to take a long break from everything right now. Let's just hope we don't have to wait too much longer for another Batman movie!

I can't see them bothering to do another one since the last one tanked at the box office.

There will be another film. Let the guy enjoy his success and rest a while. Pre-production will probably begin early next year.

The studio is itching to make another & which studio wouldn't lol

Nolan hopefully will make a third & hopefully superior movie which although hard to improve on greatness he will do hopefully

2012-2013 release

If the sequel comes out in 2011 instead of 2010 it won't be the end of the world....
