Digital Copy help? The Happening & Speed Racer - Blu-ray Forum

I need some help... a favor. I bought a new laptop due to my other one crashing. I had digital copys of The Happening & Speed Racer on the one that crashed. Since I have already used the code once, I can not use it again. I was wondering if there is anyone willing to give me their unused code if they do not plan on using it. I would be extremely greatful for any help. Thanks for your time.

Did you use the itunes version or the windows media one, cause I know if it's itunes, you can simply authorize the new computer and re-download it from the disc no problem. If you used windows, I'm not quite sure.

It was the itunes version. For some reason it will not redownload. It keeps asking me for the redemption code. When I re-enter it, it states that the code had already been used. I called FOX and they will not help me unless I can fax over the original receipt... which I do not have.

You could buy the movies, take the codes out, then sell them online w/o the codes. Just note in the listing that there's no digital copy code.

Oh, and if you have the movies on your iPod you could just transfer them from it to your new laptop.

What is a good asking price/trade for a digital copy with code? Aside from another digital copy.

I have the Street Kings one and really no plans to use it.

I only have an iPod shuffle and I can not get movies to transfer witn that.

Ah, that's too bad. But wait, why would you want the digital copies for those movies then? You can just pop in the Blu-ray easily enough. Digital copies are only useful in portable media players.

Unless you don't have a Blu-ray drive on your laptop, that is... lol, I'm so used to having one.
