Online not working MLB 2K7... - Blu-ray Forum

Is anyone else not having success playing online with MLB 2K7? I enter the lobby, challenge another player, the games says it's starting and then it stops loading stating to go to the FAQ page or 2K7 homepage. My internet connection is 100% but will not pair me with another player.

I can play online with every other title I have - why is this happening and what do I need to do to correct it?

From the lack of response from my post - IS NO ONE ELSE NOT HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING ONLINE WITH THIS GAME?

u chose the wrong baseball game my friend....should have read the negative reviews...the show is do out April 14th and is a far superior game.

More superior perhaps from a logistics and abilities platform but why have they not released any screen shots or video? Time to remove the smoke and mirrors and step up to the plate. How much realism will it produce?

And that my friend, as a huge baseball fan and baseball gamer, is what it's all about. MLB 2K7 looks great - may not run 100% smooth - but looks great. Why is "The Show" hiding?

I have not tried the online mode yet, but will tonight. As for the negative reviews, I've found that I can tweak all attributes of the gameplay to fit just about as realistic a game as possible. I am playing a season and so far am playing .500 ball through 2 weeks - a very fair representation of the game as far as stats go as well.

Thank You SHinra....U can see more over at IGN.com.....The only thing working for 2K7 is the graphics but crappy controls and gameplay is the reciepe for a bad baseball sim. You shouldnt even have to go and tweak the darn thing if it was already a good game. It was the first game on the market for the Ps3 for baseball and thats prolly the way for the thing to sell some copies. Shin-Ra, thanks for the screen shots. From what I can tell the crowds have a bit more definition and the players faces look a little more defined. Other than that I wouldn't say the graphics look much different than MLB 2K7. We'll have to wait and see how the game play is.

I have said this in another thread and I will say it again here - these are the best baseball games (most realistic and in-depth) that any of us have ever played - PERIOD!

Some people thrive on FPS, some on Fantasy, some on Sports games - I am a baseball gamer.

And getting back to my original point of this thread, if anyone that has MLB 2K7 for PS3 and knows how to get to online play (as a lot of people have been having difficulty) please let me know. Thanks.
