i want to buy ps3 should i wait for any coming offer or there is no offer coming ?

I'd have to be better than Nostradomus to know that. What you can do is buy one from a store/e-tailer that can honor 30-day returns or more. Not that you'd want to return the PS3 but to get them to honor the "promo package" within 30 days of your purchase.

If you like Metal Gear Solid, wait for that package. It's gonna be sweet. You get the 80GB plus the game MGS IV and a dualshock controller for $500. That's a great deal! But you'll have to wait a little longer.

Go to eBay and get you an 80GB there. I found some great deals for the Motorstorm bundle that some sellers are selling for around $500-600. If you have the patience, you can bid for one <$500.

actually its more likly they will strip more pieces of it

(but might be sheaper , consumes less power and heats less

Rumored $50 price drop to compete with the xbox360 price drop, but if/when that is going to happen, nobody really knows.

If you want it now, buy it now. April is going to be a solid gaming month, with GT5:P and GTA4 coming out. Plus, you'll still have to pick up Uncharted and whatever other games interest you.

Hope to welcome you in the PS3 family. You'll enjoy the fact that you bought it now. I bought mine in Feburary at an impulse. I've been amazed ever since. Be sure to buy your HDMI cables (cheap ones will do) and an optical cable if you have an older reciever. Also, you might want to pick up the remote. The remote isn't that expensive (about $25). The remote is a big help if your primary reason for buying the system is Blu-ray.
