What's up with the Search Bar?

What's been going on with the search bar lately? Most times I try to use it I get an error saying "Search function is temporarily unavailable, please try again shortly." Then it comes back up and then goes down again. Been going on for a few days now.

Same here. Have noticed it coming and going the last few days, usually in the evening.

Was getting that error earlier but seems to be working fine now again

I've imported ratings many times from IMDB. The last time was nov. 2017. I tried to do it just now, feb 26, 2018. When I upload the ratings.csv file, it says no movies were added. There should be at least 20-30 added based on what I've watched since last year. Did something change on how to add movies, or am I not doing something right? It has been 4 months since I used the feature. I might be overlooking something. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
