Trouble Logging into Reward Zone?

Anyone else having trouble logging into reward zone today? I logged in fine yesterday but today it tells me it doesn't recognize my email address or my password?? I fired off an email since I haven't made any changes to my account and I'm just hoping that the problem is on their end. I hope my account wasn't hacked into......

I am not only having issues logging in, but also get the error message when trying to create a brand new account.

Well, at least I know it's not just me..... I was freaking out cuz I just got a new laptop not two weeks ago because my last one was suddenly and inexplicably attacked with numerous viruses while I was on the web using only my favorites..... I don't download or anything like that - and I do all my and my husband and my son's (tuition) banking online so I was flipping that once again my laptop wasn't secure.....

I would contact thier cc to find out what in Sam Hill is going on. I'll log on when I get home from work to see if I have any issues as well.

I won't be able to call until about 4 o'clock, but I did send them an email, if I hear back from them before then, I will post their response..

I had trouble this morning too. I sent the Customer Service an email and they said they are looking into it.

I've had trouble for a couple weeks logging in. Everytime I try and log in though, I'm not in a position where I can call them to see what's going on.

I had the same issue earlier this morning but now I am able to login and check my points balance

I also had trouble early this morning. I waited a few hours and tried again and was able to log in OK. Maybe they were doing some work on the site.

Reward Zone is having all kinds of issues today. It's expected to go down again tonight.

I tried to print my certs earlier and couldn't. When I called, they said that there were many problems and maintenance issues today.

That was the same issue that I was having also. I couldn't log in, and then I thought I was using the wrong password. I sent an email to customer service and they looked into the problem for me.

I logged in fine this morning and also this afternoon, but when I called this morning to check on some RZ certificates, the CSR said she was lucky she was able to check it at all with all the problems they were having. I wondered what she was talking about, now I know.

I had the same issue just before I made Reward Zone Silver status...but no problems since then.

I had the opposite problem. When I went to Silver I got the problems. My password was all lower case, but is now all upper case for some reason, that's why I couldn't log in.
