Never liked sharp products growing up, really dislike all LG stuff and not heard of the 3rd mentioned in that suit.

My friend was stationed with his dad in Korea for a few years and had a lot of stories about how crappy the Koreans made electronics compared to other asian manufacturers. I am still amazed that Hyundai and Kia continue to find people in the US to buy their crap.

Can't agree with you more!

I hope now that these giants have had to pay hefty fines, they will start to drop the prices of their LCDs. If they can get those down, it should help the whole economy as well as HD and BD. With cheaper TVs, more people are likely to buy them, and thus, more ppl will want Blu-ray.

I don't think Hyundai is crap, kia is pretty crappy thought. I would say hyundai cars is about the only thing made in korea that's not crap.
