I got Poltergeist and I liked the digibook, not sure why some dont.... Was done well, pictures inside look good, had some neat trivia about the film, pages are thick and the whole package doesnt seem cheap... And I must add that this movie looked amazing on blu... The scenes with the white noise form the tv were almost mesmerizing... But I did find that the sound was rather quite, I had to turn the volume up on my receiver more than usual...

I also have the Natural Born Killers digibook which was very well done as well...

I don't have any pics, but I do have the Dirty Harry, Natural Born Killers, and Bonnie and Clyde books. Fortunately, they are sturdy and made out of hard cardboard, like a hardcover book, but they stick out way too much in a collection. Too tall, come out a little much, but if you're not extremely anal about your collection, they're fine.

They look nice together however if you have a few of them and don't mind not having your entire collection in alphabetical order.

Can somebody post a pic of a digibook next to a regular BD?

Poltergeist is the only digibook I own. I really wouldn't have an issue with digibooks if the dimensions were the same as a normal BD case.

For the life of me I don't understand why they make them taller and a little wider?? They stick out on my shelf and it kinda bugs me.

On the plus side, as mentioned earlier, the pictures and trivia are kind of cool.

Sorry I dont have any pictures to post, but if you don't mind your collection being a little askew then go ahead and pick up Poltergeist--great flick with solid quality.

I have the Poltergeist, How the West Was Won(thicker 2-disc case) and Bonnie & Clyde(hd dvd) digibooks, and they are nice. They are the same height as my HD DVD box sets like The Matrix Collection, Ocean's 11-13 & Heroes: Seas. 1, so I have them on my shelf with those. I hope they release a bunch more!

I just bought my first 2 digibooks, Bonnie & Clyde and One Flew Over a Cukoos Nest. So far, I have mixed opinions if I like them or it bugs me the diferent sizes of them. Why can they make them to be at lesat same height as the rest?

Just a bit taller than standard cases

Just a bit wider than standard cases

The glare really unflatters the Poltergeist digibook.
(Which has a shinny finish unlike the rest of the digibooks I own)
It looks scuffed in the picture but it's not.

I keep all of my abnormally sized Blu-Rays together to keep a more uniform look.

I hate Digibooks! They look like crap on the shelf as they stand out, they are a pain to open and they co$t more.

Yes, they are neet BUT

I like my movie/music collection in alphabetical order and in perfect shape. When opening the Digibooks I worry about leaving fingerprints and wear marks on them. I only have one Digibook and it sits by it's lonesome

I own several digibooks. They would be no problem if Warner had made them the standard size of a BD case but they didn't. When they are lined up on a shelf with normal cases they stick out like a sore thumb. I have no problem with the thicker BD cases of Europe but these digibooks are indulgent packaging by Warner that wasn't really thought out that well. If given the option of a non-digibook version I would take it.

I imported mine from the UK to get the keep case instead. The images on the digi book covers are destined to develop dull areas from shelf wear. Mine will always look new—just replace the keep case.

I love the digibook packaging.

I've bought all of the titles so far.

Bonnie & Clyde
Dirty Harry
Natural Born Killers
One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest
How The West Was One
Potergeist
JFK (preordered)
Shawshank Redemption (preordered)
Amadeus (soon to be preordered)
Matrix (soon to be preordered)

Am I missing any?

That is all of them for now. As soon as I have enough of them I will dedicate an entire shelf to them so they do not look out of place.
