Guess he just looked at the sales numbers for Casino Royale BD.

I'm so glad I didn't buy any HD-DVD trashware.

If they are all about giving gamers an option, they should have already released one. But this is good news... ...for HD-DVD!

"...We want to give consumers the option..." I hate Sony for making me by the cheapest BR player available, and giving me a format for HD movies and games that are HD and much larger than present ones. I really, truly hate them for doing that. (In the words of Homer Simpson, "Oh, and by the way, I'm being sarcastic!")

They're just trying to not show that they know they screwed up by not releasing the 360 w/ HD-DVD in the first place, and therefore giving it a head start. Had they done that, I would have been buying HD-DVDs before the PS3 was out.

I agree, I think it would be a whole different ball game if at launch Xbox 360 had a HDDVD drive in it. I might have been buying HD-DVDs the whole time. But they mess up and now I'm 100% blu-ray support and neutral on games.

So very true, it's hard, but I think I can wait.

I second that. Other than some Universal titles, it's just the Warner titles I really want, and they're on their way.
