Question about Universal releases - Blu-ray Forum

I went to best buy yesterday. I was aiming @ picking up Casino and Eastern Promises. I noticed that they did not have the slip cover. I'm a slip cover nut...what can I say..

I thought that was odd since almost every Universal release has had a slip cover. So I also noticed the same for 40 year old virgin and Knocked up. However, American Gangster didn't have one either. What is going on here.

I also saw that the new Casino Royale release(Sony) didn't have a slipcover either but I know it was supposed to come with one. Is best buy not getting the slip covers(for the latest releases)? Hulk, of course did have it.

Mummy Returns, Mummy, Doomsday all have slip covers. I just found if peculiar.

Walmart HAD slip cover for Casino Royale & American Gangster. NO copies of 40 & knocked up..Hulk had the cover.

The less slip covers the better for me, I don't bother keeping mine, just dont see any point to them

Casino, American Gangster, and Eastern Promises do not have slip covers at all.

Saw American Gangster @ Walmart with a slip cover.

i also like the slip covers my fave is transformers and the mummy ones are nice too but with them having a foil finish they can scratch easily,i dont understand people who dont like them and even more people who throw them out which i think is crazy.Afterall theyre protecting your case aswell as looking good .Ive ordered predator 1 and 2 boxset that looks to be a really cool slipcase.I dont understand casino royale new version not having one ive just bought it over here and its got a really hard sturdy slip case with a velvet feel
