I voted for the no way as the movie was slow, lame and boring but I dont think martial arts is stupid. That was a bad poll choice.

once upon a time in china 1 and 2
shaolin martial arts (no blu rays vailables for those thress ones:')
fist of legend( 5 dec on genrmany)
unleashed(real name danny the dog)

This was not my favorite Jet Li movie. I can think of several that were more intense and better plot than this one.

I have this one on DVD, and a double dip is not necessary right now. If I see it cheap, I'll grab it.

I'm just looking forward to seeing Hero announced as visually that would be quite beautiful, plus it's a film I like more than Fearless.

(now if we were talking about the 1993 film "Fearless" with Jeff Bridges it would be a different story...I want that movie on blu-ray)

one of his better movies since he started releasing movies in the US.
much better than Hero..
I'm not a fan of those over the top artsy martial arts movies.
maybe thats cause I'm a big Shaw Bros fan.
(Where are those Celestial Shaw Bros blurays?)

Once Upon a Time in China series, Fist of Legend would be nice on Bluray.

I was about to put in a pre-order, but the reviews of 'Once upon a time... 3' by the same distributer are really bad (PQ wise).

I think I'll wait for the first reviews.

Anyway, ordered Fearless the moment it came up. One of Jet's best.

i have the german release of once upon a time.. but it naver has been the 3 but the 6 in america! lol anyways, bad PQ but it s an hk movie from 90's too, hopefully since fist of legend is a way better movie they ll really make improvements compared to dvd..

I'll have it in less than two weeks. It's release on Oct 23 in Hong Kong.

I'll hold on to my HKL editions for the moment.

Dragon Dynasty just released a 2 disc set of FoL :HK Flicks

I'm pretty sure it looks good for DVD and has a Bey Logan commentary track (that alone would be reason enough to buy the DVD).

I did not dare believe that I'm forced to decide between DVD and BD so soon when it comes to classical Kung Fu.

Anyway, the reviews of the HD DVD of Fearless were really good, so no doubt there, my DVD will be replaced with the BD

yes i had a dvd player (as well as a ps3 60 Go) and it was one of the best PQ i saw, just great
