Question about Tower.com's ground shipping - Blu-ray Forum

What carrier do they use when they ship ground?

My movie was in my mailbox, so probably USPS. I can't remember what the label said on my American Gangster.

It took about 4 business days for me to receive it when I got the shipping email.

Edit: I chose the free shipping, ordered that w/ swordfish...they shipped separately

USPS? bah. I guess I won't be ordering from tower (I have issues with the postal service and I have amazon prime). Thanks for answering.

The one time I used them they shipped USPS but the movie was still received on release date. Still, I won't use them again. Poor customer service and lies about when the movie would ship.

After the Ironman debacle, I tested the waters with American Gangster and did receive it about 4-5 days early (and that was pre-ordered). And I live out in the north west.

Overall, was I ticked about Ironman? yeah, but not so much that I'm never going back as they hooked me up with AG early.

Oh, I don't have prime, so Wingman you're probably better suited w/ amazon if you want prompt service.
