Toon Zone has received a report form an industry insider that The Tigger Movie's arriving on Blu-ray this August!

Thanks to an inside source who works for Disney we are pleased to be the first to reveal the news that Disney/Buena Vista Home Video will be releasing a Blu-Ray edition of The Tigger Movie on August 14, 2012.
We also have an exclusive preview of the Blu-Ray bonus materials, which are subject to change since this product is still in development:

* Two new Tigger Tales from The Adventures of Winnie The Pooh
* Sorry, we do not know which of the Pooh Adventures TV series these “new Tigger Tales” are from — could be the 1977 series The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh or The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh which premiered in 1988. (The 10th Anniversary Edition of The Tigger Movie included two cartoons featuring Tigger from the 1988 series.) And we assume by “new” that it refers to new to Blu-Ray, not new animated cartoons created just for this release.
Back in 2009, toonzone.net provided an opportunity for Voice Actors in the News to do a phone interview with Jim Cummings (voice of Tigger and Pooh) to tie in with the release of The Tigger Movie 10th Anniversary Edition DVD, which you can read by clicking here. I personally can't wait for this release, and hopefully The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is on it's way too!
