Default Ordered a Pillow Top dog mattress recently...

Decided to pick one of these up and try it out.

http://www.callingalldogs.com/pillow...-mattress.aspx

One of our dogs is older and loves sleeping on the bed, however it's hard for him to get up and down since it is so high.

If they like this thing we will pick up a couple more for the rest of them. The reviews are great all over the net. They look very comfy. Right now they have these beds from Petsmart that are just filled with polly or whatever. I am tired of the cheap beds.

Anyone here have one?

That does look quite comfortable!
I am sure the dogs will love it!

We have 2 cats and they love to lie down anywhere, and most of the time it looks so uncomfortable to humans.
One of them loves boxes, so whenever and wherever he can fit his butt into one he'll do so!

I would love to get a dog at some point... a boxer ... need a bigger place first though.

A friend has something very similar for her lab, he seems to enjoy it. Every time I spend more than $30 on one of my animals they either ignore it or destroy it.

I know how that feels! Sometimes they play more with the packaging than what's inside!

Love the stories and info

We have cats too. I have four myself. They are fun, always sleeping somewhere and yes - they LOVE boxes. They inspect EVERY box that comes in for comfort, fun, smell and enjoyability. Lol. No matter how big or small.

JasonR - That is hilarious!

I have an 8" memory foam bed from Petsmart that my dog loves.

The only negative I can make about it, is that it loses its form over time. Memory foam springs back into place, but my dog is 65lbs and after a while you can see where its slighty (permanently) imprinted from his body.

But I will keep buying it as its very comfortable and he loves it.

The one you're looking at Drink, looks nice too. But also looks like it could become hot during the summers. (very nice for winter though)

I was thinking about some memory foam beds as well, however I did not know how well they would hold up with 65/75 pound dogs over time. I am going to give this one a try and see how they like it. I don't think there will be a problem in the summer. We keep the house at 70/72 in the summer. If they are that hot, the cold tile/concrete floors will be fine for them

They have another bed that has foam in it that looks hella comfy. However, again, not sure how well it will hold up.

You should turn on the faucet to give him a wake up call.

They hold up great...they are soft and comfortable, yet supportive.

They can over time, start to imprint the pets weight...but I just flip it over and its ok again.

Overall, I would only use memory foam for my dog...he has bad hips and this bed is ideal for him/me. Would definitely recommend.

LOL, when I was living with my parents growing up, I had a cat that did the same thing...funny to see that is a common favorite sleeping place of cats.

Our cat used to lie in the shower all the time, until someday the faucet broke and it started dripping water onto him. I guess it was a cool and dark place (no window in the bathroom) to chill out for a while.
