HBO seriously needs to release this.

They're having a 20th Anniversary screening at the Tribeca Film Festival this year:

I have the DVD, but I'd upgrade if ATBPO came out on BD. I'm still marveling that it's been 20 years, but yup, it sure has.

I haven't seen this film in probably 18 years. In junior high one of my teachers presented as a part of an AIDS awareness unit. I'd love to see it again.

I remember watching it with my mom the night it premiered on HBO. Cried my eyes out at the end.
Back then, HIV/AIDS was a death sentence. Thankfully, that has changed.

I remember seeing this when I was in college, and being saddened beyond belief.

HBO needs to release a lot of their older films on Blu. I'd love Blind Side as well.

Looks like this finally got an upgrade: the HBO-GO version is now in proper HD. I guess that's....something?
