What happened to First Look Studios' Movies?? - Blu-ray Forum

Since they "closed" what happened to their titles??
I really want Smiley Face to get a Blu-Ray release, but since the studio is no longer running, where did all their movies go?? thankks!

They were bought out by a studio called Millennium. The same studio that released the Jason Statham flick Blitz and the David Schwimmer directed film Trust.
