The Denon players are good, The DVD1800BD is the newest addition to their lineup. I have seen them perform and their quality is excellent.

Marantz is a sister to the Denon and I LOVE MINE

Yeah, you may be better off with a Denon, NAD is also coming out with a bluray player pretty soon which seems pretty darn good

DVD-2500BTCI. It runs $1000, but sometimes Best Buy has it on sale for $900. You may be able to find it even cheaper too. Also check out the Marantz BD7003 for $800
