Big scam alert (orders from Buy.com and other companies)

I know a lot of us ordered The Song Remains The Same from Buy.com just as it was yanked, as well as taking advantage of other deals from them.

If you took the 10 dollar coupon promo, you most likely have signed up for a huge scam company by the name of Reservation Rewards. Check your credit card statements. You may see a 12 dollar a month charge from these people that would have originated from using buy.com, fandango, and other online services. I didn't even realize this until today when I got a post card thingie from them. When I looked them up and checked my statement, sure enough, there was the 12 dollar charge from Reservation Rewards.

If you do see it, call their number at 1-800-732-7031. Dispute it and don't let them off the phone until you get a full refund (which they say they'll do...I have my eyes on them right now). Apparently from what I hear they do refund you your money without much resistance. The women I spoke to gave me none as well. If they're looking to send you a cancellation number through your email, get them to tell you what it is then and there, write it down as well.

I don't know if there are, or have been, any other threads about these people. I just remember a lot of us using them when The Song Remains The Same was getting yanked last year. So take a look to see if they got you too. This was the only place I could think of putting this thread. If there's another place to put it, maybe even in a main forum so most stand a chance of seeing it....
