Amazon discount for preordering R2 & Valkyria Chronicles

For those who have preordered Resistance 2 or Valyria Chronicles from Amazon, did any of you get the email yet for the $10 gift card (Resistance 2), or $10 credit towards another game (Valkyria Chronicles)?

I had thought they would send it 10 days after the realease date, but I still have not gotten an email from them. I'm trying to pick up Bioshock while its still on sale and want to use my credit towards it.

Yeah I got mine on tuesday, but only after I b*tched to em 2 or 3 times!
