when im chatting with someone using the eye my picture shows clear but on the person im talking to shows big but the picture is choppy and slow like a messed up frame rate. Im assuming its because its stretching out the picture is why its like that, so is there a way to make the pic smaller

Slow framerate depends entirely on how fast your upload speed on your internet connection is. If you don't have enough bandwidth, then yes you'll get a choppy and slow refresh rate on the receiving end.

I don't know what you're talking about regarding magnified size; can you be more specific?

Im not sure, but bandwidth will control the resolution too.

It would be better if you could make the image smaller, since most peoples bandwidth is choppy at best (in my experience).
