Disney has announced a February 10th DVD and Blu-ray release date for Miracle at St. Anna.

Blu-ray Bonus Features
In addition to footage and sound that are spectacular in hi-def, the Blu-ray disc contains the following
exclusive bonus features:
• Deeds Not Words—Pull up a chair with Director Spike Lee and World War II veterans at the
historic Harlem Veterans’ Club as they share their intimate experiences from the Great War and
discuss how their service to their country is remembered and immortalized in the annals of history
and in the films of Hollywood.
• The Buffalo Soldier Experience—Trace the history of the Buffalo Soldier with historians,
Director Spike Lee and the cast, and hear rare firsthand accounts of the deep personal bond that
was forged between the soldiers and the Italian citizens during World War II.
• Deleted Scenes

I haven't seen this, but it looked stunning. I'm looking forward to seeing it, hopefully it's worthy to be added to my Blu-ray library.

yeah, don't bother - very historically inaccurate. The italian group he based this on (people hiding the artifact) came out and said the story was baseless, and spike said that he doesn't care and would make a movie the way he wants it done. He only made the movie because he was obsessed with complaining about clint eastwoods two movies and how there were no black people in the movie. well spike lee, you suck... get over yourself.

This was Spike's response to Eastwood not showing the contribution African-Americans made in Iwo Jima. It looks like Eastwood got the last laugh.

Well I don't care about historical accuracy, and I also think Spike is a brilliants filmmaker. But this movie just sucks.

If you don't give a crap about historical accuracy you would love U-571 , but you think Spike Lee is brilliant but his movies suck ....

So he calls out Eastwood for making a historically inaccurate WWII film(BTW, Eastwoods were pretty accurate) and then makes his own historically inaccurate WWII film? You da man, Spike©!
