This is some exciting news! For all of you that have been waiting for 'Afro Samurai' to hit the states (like me), this is some much welcome news, to say the least. I simply can't wait for this title!

Samuel L. Jackson in anime with the beats from RZA! Pure win.

is this the feature film or the 5 episodes that already are on DVD? I got the series on DVD. Site is blocked at work that's why I'm asking because I can't read it hehe.

This is the director's cut version, one seamless movie. That's another reason that I'm excited. I've been jonesing for this one, and was contemplating picking up the Japanese import for $60.00. Glad that I waited.

This was never really a series. It is a movie cut into pieces for Spike TV.

RZA is A+ producing but for the mike its all about GZA and ghost face killah.

I don't disagree, as GZA with Liquid Swords is epic. That's constantly playing on my ipod pretty much every day.

Me also. I almost got this a couple of weeks ago. The Target $19.99 sale was the only thing that kept me from pulling the trigger on it.

Same here, Rob. That's when I snagged Predator and ID4 from that sale, then I just said to myself, "Screw it, I'll just wait it out."
