I think its like a tradition to do at least ONE pure garbage film. Why not make it an Uwe fail movie?

Because most of his movies were made with a German Law loophole that allowed practically EVERY movie that he made to make money before they were actually released in theaters due to grants.

They have since closed that loophole legally. There is {hopefully} another 1-5 years of this stupidity before he's never heard from again.
