I can't wait for Space Ace, this was my all-time favorite arcade game. I spent millions of quarters on this one... I just hope it plays like the arcade meaning, identical sound effects, yellow flashing lights and quick response time, not the pause I get on past games I've played on DVD, PC and Atari ST.

My understanding is the BLU-RAY versions for all 3 games will have complete seamless playback with no pauses at all!! The original Laserdisc game in the arcade had at least a few seconds pause.

Nice... The arcade version hardly had any pause, the scenes move smoothly throughout the whole game. If it completely eliminates the pause, even better...

It was mentioned off to the side of the article about the first one on Digital Leisure's site.

I might get these at some point; From what little I've seen of it, Dragon's Lair was a nicely drawn adventure with some funny storytelling.

Little thinking back: I remember being 9 years old, in a Disney World arcade. They had Dragon's Lair 2, Double Dragon, Ghostbusters, and more.

I don't think you can demo them, at least as far as I understand THESE arcade games. Way too old school for me.

The animation and background in the game are traditional cell animation, not computer generated. So it'd be a huge download just to play one scene.

I finished Space Ace in the arcades over and over again, yet the thing was still so fun to play!
I finished Dragon's Lair at home when I had Philips CD-I.
