I haven't seen some of those.

But for Joker and Stuntman Mike, it wasnt about the kill it was about fun and/or a rush. Neither of these cared wether or not their victims died, they were in it for different reasons.

And to further go on about the Joker, despite his plan being so elabortate I dont think he was really worried about dying himself or if the plan failed, he just wanted to "watch the world burn"
