Yeah, what a shame. Just like The Mask, another lackluster Warner release. I was looking forward to those releases....

I think that we could pretty much summarize that anything coming from Warner on a BD25 is going to be sub-par. This is very unfortunate coming from the company that helped end the format war. At least they have lossless audio with many of their new releases now. They just need to improve the PQ on their releases and we will have a winner (optimize for B50 will help do the trick).

I'm pretty excited about this movie, even if it's not the PQ. Anything better than DVD is good, and this movie will make me laugh every time.

This is one of the best movies ever. It is nice sometimes to sit, turn the brain off, and just watch a movie. This movie allows it, hints the title. By the way, has anyone found a good in-store price for this movie?

Got mine in the mail today from DVDPlanet. I haven't opened it. The cover is the same as the Unrated DVD and I cannot remember if that one allowed you to view either the rated or unrated. Anyway, I am glad it came today.

I beg you guys not to open your copies if you haven't already. I just got mine from WB and popped it in.

It looks horrible.

I don't have my dvd copy anymore, but this doesn't look like an upgrade in the slightest.

I almost wish I had a VCR still and a VHS copy to compare the blu-ray to.

Warner/New Line should give full refunds for garbage like this.... and I was really looking forward to having a theater-quality presentation of this comedy classic.

That's sad to hear. I had this and The Mask in my hands today at Best Buy. I was so tempted because I like the films.... but I left them on the shelf. I'll wait for a sale.

Not what I wanted to hear, but oh well. I don't own it on DVD so it's a keeper for me. Should get it tomorrow from Amazon.
