Default Playstation 3 RGB or Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr For Blu's

Just wondering which Av Setting you guys use when your viewing blu-rays is it RGB Full/Limited or Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr that warrant the best PQ?

It was recommended to me that I use Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr and calibrate my TV around that setting.

Well im leaving my RGB to Full for my games but for movies (atleast for my tv) it looks alot clearer and you can see more detail in the shadows with YCB on instead of RGB
