I got this today and on the small paper on the front says it works with itunes but the insert where the DD code is says it does not work with itunes. did this happen to anyone else?

Mine doesn't seem to work with iTunes either. Does anyone know how to get the Windows versions to work on iTunes?

Had that exact problem a couple of weeks ago. Had to email Warner's customer service through their website, a couple of times to find a solution, in the form of an itunes gift. Basically, in a email just tell them the problem (mention the sticker on the front case), tell them you are upset, and suggest to them a solution you will be happy with (basically ask for a free itunes download), then once they get it, they should be able to send you a link through the itunes store to download it for free.
