My local Alamo Drafthouse was showing it a few weeks back, but it was at 9:30PM, so I didn't go. I would have loved to as it is done by Gen Urobuchi.

Expelled From Paradise has excellent animation and action sequences. The 3DCG looked GREAT! Usually I hate 3D looking 2D stuff but the animators did a spectacular job. The story is nothing special, just average. I would love to have this on blu-ray as the movie itself is beautiful.

Rie Kugimiya's voice is always a plus.

I also recently got to see this. Loved the animation and thought provoking ideas it had. The film wasn't perfect though and the story could have been a little better paced.
A great looking anime with some big ideas, but a rather weak story.
