You need to provide more information.

1) What BD player are you using?
2) How are you connected between the BD player, receiver and TV?
3) How is your BD player audio output set (bitstream or LPCM)?

Thanks...I did'nt have my hdmi output set to on from my bd30...but now I seem to have another problem.when listening to dvd's using either fiber optic or hdmi there is times where the audio has short burst of cutouts. This receiver is 130 x7 my old panasonic was 130 x6 and never showed this problem.I noticed it on final destination 2 and jurassic park 3(both dts-es)...I watched a little bit of the devils rejects on blu-ray with dts master audio and never heard any cutouts.I first thought it was only when using fiber optic but hdmi has the same problem.

There's no reason to have anything but HDMI connecting your player to your AVR.

I was using fiber optic from my dvd player....not my blu-ray.I have'nt tried the dolby tracks on dvd to see if they do the same.I have had my blu-ray player for a little over a year and have never played a dvd on it.The reason being is I have a $2000 dvd player i use instead. The scene where the log goes through the cops windshield and where the black guy is crushed by his motorcycle are two places I have noticed. As I have used this disc for a demo many times with my old receiver and it never has cut out.
