SAVING PRIVATE RYAN
i have been waiting for these two tittles ever since i bought my ps3 three years ago and still nothing. anybody have news on these two that i haven't found yet?

Saving Private Ryan...already a few threads about this over the last few days. Nothing new to report: it is coming to blu-ray but has not been officially announced yet.

Heat...confirmed that it is very very likely coming later this year. No official date yet.

just not soon enough. you would think these would have been higher on the priority list for releases

Dreamworks dragging their asses on this one. Also where is War of the Worlds. Saving Private Ryan would be a big seller, one of the better war movies.

Actually, Dreamworks and Paramount have other titles that were easier to get approval for release on Blu-ray Disc. Galaxy Quest is confirmed and American Beauty is rumored for the end of the year or realy early 2010.

Steven Spielberg is approving titles that would be the easiest to produce on Blu-ray Disc. So it would be the Spielberg titles that would not need new special features.
