this for a subwoofer, my living room isnt huge
i got a 8ft viewing distance to the 60"

i was even thinking sound bar, but anything would be better than my 3 year old $120 rca system in the box from wal mart

lots of people have good experiences with your choices so far. if you're looking ot get a center channel, the cs1 or cs2 works best.

Klipsch RF 82s, RC 62 center, and eD A2 300 or eD A3 300. Or you could get a Klipsch sub to go with the rest of it.
Just so happens I have some Klipsch stuff for sale, still new
email if interested nezff@hotmail.com

If your budget allows Axiom has great sounding speakers and excellent customer service.
Same goes for Elemental Designs

What is your sub sitting on? I have a small carpet matt under mine and get no annoying vebration whatsoever...

The only front firing sub i have experience with is my computer speaker system (8" Logitech) and it does fairly well for that application. My ED, however, will kill it! there is no comparing, but it is also five or six times the size

Comparing the eD to your sub would be like comparing a Great White Shark to Plankton. (Bad analogy but you get the point)

You can order a SubDude to keep your sub from losing energy into the floor and walls:

It's 15"x15" - if your sub is bigger than that, like mine is, you may need to go with a GRAMMA

I'm a Klipsch fan myself and like the recommendation nezff gave you above. However, for the price, these have been getting some good reviews on other forums.

I've seen over at AVSforum that THESE are actually the Sapphire Audio ST3 speakers that were pretty popular awhile back, and at half the cost. THIS is the center that matches those. I think this would be an awesome 3.1 setup at these prices. The Onkyo 606 will have no problem pushing them.
