Pineapple Express $19.99 at RCSS - Blu-ray Forum

I was at The Real Canadian Superstore in Grimsby today and noticed Pineapple Express was $19.99. I know in the flyer it advertised DVD version but I read on another forum that the BD version was $19.99 as well. I called the RCSS in Grimsby and was told it is in fact $19.99 for BD. I don't know if this is a release day price but I was able to get it price matched at Wal Mart (I don't live near a RCSS) after they called to confirm. You may be able to get this price at another location all week seeing as some stores didn't receive their shipment. I can confirm that the St.Catharines store is one that didn't receive their shipment yet.

Thanks for the tip, and thanks for explaning the acronym as I wouldn't have been able to figure it out otherwise. I'll definitely be heading down to one today to see if I can pikc it up for that price. Blus at the one around me are fairly rare though so I'm not holding my breath

I guess we don't have this here in Quebec (which explains the "real canadian" part :P)... But we have Loblaws...

Last time I was at the Real Atlantic Superstore they didn't even carry any Blu's hehe.

It's basically a Loblaws, but supersized. They carry clothing and other home-decor items and what not. It's the same company as Loblaws, or owned by the same conglomerate.

I just checked, and unfortunately Johk they don't have any RCSS in Quebec.

Saw this movie in the theater, and it was rather disappointing. The R-rated trailers were basically all the good parts. The pulled-my-groin scene was hilarious in the trailer... not so much in the movie cuz it was already expected.

On a side note , if anyone here is willing to purchase one for me and ship it to me i'd greatly appreciate it.

There are no RCSS shops around here. I"d still rather play closer to 25$ than the 35$ at futureshop.

I checked my local Super Store and they didn't have the deal, what gives??? Is it only certain locations or something??

i think it was a one day sale, the flyer showed the dvd for a one day price of 19.99 but the stores also sold the blu-ray for 19.99
