I feel sorry for the places that snow throughout the entire winter. Here in Vancouver we have had over 30" in the last week and my back is sore. Usually we don't get that much all year! What a pain in the ass.

u should invest in a snow blower!!!

i live on a corner lot in town so i'm responsible for WAY more sidewalk than most people. shoveling got to be a pain VERY quickly.

thanksfully my parents came across a too good to pass up offer and got us a blower last year, the night before 12 inches of wet snow dropped on us!!!

It's bright and sunny here in TX ~ 72F. It doesn't feel like XMas.

hey guys, you should try the province of quebec, snow begin at the end of november and end in mid april in my region (lac-st-jean) 200 kilometer from quebec city, that's a lot of snow with a lot of -30 to -40 below, now that's a cold and long winter season people.

Here in Redmond, Washington, lately it's been snow, followed by more snow along with freezing temperatures. Sure makes getting around fun. FINALLY managed to find a snow shovel yesterday. It snows out here....who knew?

It was pouring rain last night after we got back from midnight mass. And drizzling and gray the whole rest of the day!

It's raining over the whole LA basin. Need to drive into the city in a few hours for Xmas with my parents. I hate LA drivers in the rain.

It's every other day it seems. Our driveway is about 100 feet long and widens to about 75 feet near the house. We get it plowed (neighborhood goes in for the private road and driveways) but it gets piled up and needs to be moved. I also need to keep paths clear to the back door and the compost bin, so the 11HP snowblower comes in handy. If you get a lot of snow or have to throw it a long distance, I would not go any smaller than that.

I have not seen this much snow this early in a long time. It's like the winters I remember as a kid in the Detroit area.

Glad I live in Florida, I hate the cold. Lived in Chicago for six months when in the Navy and that was the worst weather experience I ever had. I now know the true definition of "lake effect snow".

We had snow however the rain has washed it away. I wish it would either stay winter or switch to Florida weather one or the other

We've had a couple big snows in Iowa but I bought a snowblower last year so it's not too bad. I don't have a huge driveway and the sidewalk is considered part of the city's bike trail so it's not my responsibility, although the city doesn't clear it like they are required to, so it takes about 45 minutes each time it snows. I don't understand how a city can fine people for not shoveling, but not clear a bike trail which it is supposed to.
