Default Is there anyway to find older boxart images Amazon.com has since stopped using?

I couldn't figure out where to ask this, so I'm taking a shot here.

Amazon (specifically Amazon.jp) used to have hi-res images for first run bluray releases that came with limited slip covers. But now that it's been more than a year since they were released, Amazon updated the listings and took down/deleted the images of the slip covers entirely.

I've tried Google, I've tried other importing websites, and no one has those original images available anymore.

So, are older Amazon images ever archived somewhere? Or are customers s.o.l. if they didn't save them before?

Thanks!

For American releases, try DVDEmpire.com.

For Amazon Japan, try the BD.com database.

BD.com = blu-ray.com

Try looking for it on this website under Japan: https://www.blu-ray.com/search/?quic...rch_country=JP

You're at BD.com (Blu-ray.com) right now!

Go to the search bar and search for Japanese listings by selecting the Japanese flag.

Yea, I kinda figured out the term after a while =/

Why not just say "check the archives here" or not use "BD.com" when the "D" doesn't exist in the name of this website/website forum at all ???

Eh, I'm guessing I'm more like a pebble trying to change the tide with that one though, lol

Thanks all, but yea, I checked the archives here and didn't get what I was looking for. Amazon provides awesome images, and I can find the quality graphics for the final two volumes since those slips are still available. But the first four are really hard to find, and it's the second one that's near impossible, and I don't know where else to look

If anyone's interested, I'm collecting the Japanese Space Battleship Yamato 2199 blurays with the slip covers, and I just can't find good quality images of those limited slips

You need to look harder, buddy. Some of the Amazon Japan third-party sellers have very nice pictures.
