samsung bp 1400 - Blu-ray Forum

i have a samsung pd1400 blu-ray player i have had a upgrade disc already a few months ago everything i,ve brought 40ty films plus so far had problem with ratatouile. upgraded now it plays brought the wife mamma mia it plays all the extras but wont play the film as antone else had this problem

If you have an "upgrade disk already" then you are at least one and probably more than one firmware upgrade behind. Go to the site below and get the latest firmware release, v2.0, which is only a few days old.

they wont send me a disc.they told me to do it by the computer im not sure how to do it.
