I too was going to buy a Samsung LCD Tv. However, after reading many posts and doing research I felt a plasma was the choice. I got a Panasonic 85U 50' tv for 1799.99 at Best Buy. Best Buy right now as no interest for 36 months. If the 85U is too much for ya, then Id look into the 80U series.

I don't own that exact sammy lcd, but I have seen it and I like it much more then the 650, and most people on here that have the 750 love it. I have been very happy with my samsung, enjoy your purchase.

And maybe you just need to keep the useless comments to yourself. If you were attempting to be funny, then use one of these ( ) at the end of your post so folks don't think you are just being d**che-nozzle.

I prefer the 650 for $200 less on Amazon, but congratulations! I know any of the 650+ series TVs are beautiful. Only someone that has some serious anal-rententive problems would notice the "Touch of Color" on the TV once they got it inside their home. I've never noticed it, unless the TV is off. I hear for those that see red and get angry, they are coming out with a blue and a green, too.

The touch of red isn't even noticable when watching programs/movies, you're right. It's such a dark shade that you only really notice it in the daylight when the tv is off.

Which is fine, but for a lot of people the red isn't really much of an issue. Myself included. I initially purchased the Sony KDL46W4100, which had a nice piano black finish, but I returned it. The Sammy 750 is simply the better TV.

Why did you need 3 post to reply to people VideoMaster? Don't you know how to multi quote? If you don't have anything constructive to say get lost.
