Default Help! No TrueHD or MA Audio on RX-V1900

Need help!! I am not able to get my Yamaha RX-V1900 to indicate that it is receiving TrueHD or DTS MA audio from my Panasonic DMP-BD55. I have the BD55 connected via HDMI 1.3 compliant cable to the RX-V1900 and HDMI from the RX-V1900 to my TV. My settings on the BD-55 are as follows:
- Dynamic Range Compression: Auto
- Dolby TrueHD: Bitstream
- DTS-HD: Bitstream
- PCM Down Conv: Off
- DownMix: Surr encoded
- HDMI Audio Output: On

I played Red Cliff which has both DTS-MA and Dolby TrueHD audio tracks and on the RX-V1900, it only indicates that it is receiving DTS and Digital Dolby respectively (not MA or TrueHD). The odd thing is that in the beginning of this disc, it plays a short 10 second audio sample of DTS-MA and I do see the DTS-MA indicator on the RX-V1900 during that audio sample but not during the movie. I also played Hellboy II and Transformers with no success as well. And yes, I made sure that I selected the TrueHD and MA audio tracks on the movies.

Any thoughts or suggestions on what I did wrong in the setup and could there be some settings on the RX-V1900 that I need to make. Thank you in advance for any feedback.

I have an onkyo and had the same problem. When I turned the HDMI audio output to off the nice dts master came on. Try that and let me know. Hope this helps.

As there are numerous settings, I am not sure which one I should be looking for. Can you expand on this for me.

Thank you very much. Turning off the secondary audio did the trick and I am now able to see the magic words on the RX-V1900 (Master Audio and TrueHD). Thank you everyone for your prompt responses and helping me start the new year on a joyful note.
