Default a few questions about my Sony 350

Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to hook up my sony s350 and I have a few questions. I have been reading the posts on the player and want to make sure I do things right.

First my setup:
Sony KDS-R50XBR1 (1080i)
Sony STR-SE501 Receiver
Sony BDP-S350

Right now I only have the front R/L, Center and Sub hooked up due to the shape of the room (long livingroom/kitchen combo). There is really no place to put rear speakers and I'm not sure about ceiling mounted one's. A new receiver is not in the budget right now.

I figure go to TV with HDMI, Reciever with optical.
On the player:
Output Video: HDMI
HDMI Resoultion: Auto
BD-ROM 1080/24P: On
Audio Output Priority: Optical
Audio(HDMI): Auto
DolbyDigital: Dolby Digital
DTS: Downmix PCM
46kHZ/96kHz : 48kHz/16bit
Audio DRC: Auto (not sure on this one)
Downmix: DolbySurround

I think this is everything. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
