Default Need Multi-disc CD player to replace PS3

Hi folks, I'm looking for recommendations for a multiple-disc CD player. I'd like to put a little less wear on my PS3 (and lower my energy consumption), so I'm going to get a dedicated CD player. Could be as few as 5 disc, could be larger. I don't think I'd want something as big as 100 disc or more (unless there was some function that would identify what disc I have in Which slot).

Folks here have not steered me wrong in the past, so I wanted to ask all of you.

Looking for good quality, and any info on what specific features I should look for - e.g. Choosing Onkyo 805 receiver because of Burr-Brown DAC's, Choosing a polk cs2 over cs1 for slightly better low frequency response - stuff like that... (what makes one disc player better than another???)

What do you have, what have you heard, what should I avoid???

Thanks... Doc
