Default PS3 and external DAC
Anyone using an external DAC with their PS3 ??? I've been thinking about using an external DAC with my PS3 for music purposes. Using the PS3 for a music server that is. I already do have some music ripped to an external HD but was thinking about adding a DAC to the mix.

Who's got'em and what do ya think ??? Improvement or nope ???

Naturally I'd love to hear which DAC you are using... and if you are suggesting one.......... I'm not thinking about spending a lot on this project if I do go forward with this idea.

Almost forgot the chain of command........

PS3 > DAC > two channel tube preamp > AMP

Mods if I'm posting in the wrong'O section (sorry), feel free to kick my butt over to where I should be. Since this is strictly PS3 related, I was hoping to get a little more traffic this way.

Anyone using an external DAC ????
