Or does regular non HD channels also looks better on a Plasma screen? I'am watching old boy meets world, full house, and seinfield and they look great for not being in HD. Cartoons on Nick and Disney also look very good. On my LCDs they looked terrible and dull!

Video and motion processing is better in most plasma panels than lcds. The nature of the phosphors in plasmas have something to do with this, but I don't know the technical specifics. Furthermore, plasmas were the top dog before lcd's were capable of being built to larger screens, as a result the processing on plasmas is several generations deep while lcd's are just beginning to see some advancements in sd video processing.

I believe also there is some SD source material that is better than others, as I've noticed many SD channels are better than others. For example, Comedy Central (SD feed) looks way better than my local NBC SD feed. I'm not sure what causes that, but there is that factor. Some SD digital stuff looks really good; not "really good" as in "as good as HD," but more like "good enough" or "watchable." I've seen some SD stuff, though, that was so awful I could barely watch it. Of course, once you start watching stuff in HD, your whole perspective on what TV should look like changes.

All cable and satellite companies have 100+ HD channels now-a-days...why are you still watching SD?

Yeah but not all shows on those stations are broad casted in HD. Take G4HD I have yet to see a show on there thats in HD. It's all been SD. Then with USAHD,FXHD,and a few others do this as well. It makes me mad but I'm sure they will get there with full HD programming.

Not every channel is available in HD, at least not in every package; hence my Comedy Central example. I can't get that in HD, even though I have a pretty good HD package through DirecTV.
