Default Is my GT50 about to die?

Lately I've been having a few issues about it. It's starting to buzz pretty loud and it keeps kicking me out of Netflix even though the BD player and receiver are shut off. One time it even came up with a black screen with white letters. It reminded me of the blue screen of death, only black.

Is it worth the price for repair, or just save up for a new tv?

What year is it? I would just say grab a new one when you have the funds to do so. It may cost more than its worth to have it fixed.

It's the 2012 GT50. I loved that TV. I'm thinking about just buying into LED. I'm just going to buy a new set. As much as I think it's overkill, I'll upgrade to 4k while I'm at it. Only thing is, is that I prefer active to passive 3D. All LED 4k sets seem to be passive.

Just wanted to update the situation. I'm pretty sure that the HDMI port is going out. No matter which hdmi input I use, it loses signal. The cord is pretty new. Only used it about twice since I bought it. Now my blus are starting to skip. I swear one small thing happens, then everything turns to shit. Not worth the price to fix it. Better start saving up $2,000.
