Why is it that everytime I load the game it makes me accept some TOS and "downloads" trophies?

That gets annoying quick. The game already makes me feel stupid. lol

I believe the TOS thing is pretty common when connecting online. I think Pixeljunk Eden does it, and I seem to remember WoW doing it too, but maybe it was just whenever there was an update.

As for why, who knows.

And I would assume that the downloading trophies thing has something to do with trophies being patched into the game after - probably the only way they were able to get it to work. My guess is that it's downloading your trophy info from the PS servers so it knows which ones you've received. Total guess though.

I have never had to download anything other then to polay the game itself. Personally I think it is a very hard and challenging game. I have never lasted more thn 2-3 minutes in it.
