I want a clean image. 3d technologies basically suck. You look at them and they are all blurry or seem out of focus. I don't want to say "Check out my 3d display - but you must sit here, and ONLY here, and wear these glasses" then show them a blurry image. That stuff gives me headaches.

Let's just get through the basics of delivering phenomenal 1080p content to the masses at a halfway reasonable price before we start turning our transporters on okay?

The subject matter of this thread is a bit off topic for the General Discussion forum but still there's no need to trash it. Simply use the report to mod button and I'll move it.

Thank you.

Well I for one think its a good question and I for one would love to go from 1080p to a good 3d technology like the one Philips is working on that won the awards and is said to be so eye catching from any angle. Good question?

the topic has to do with blu-ray just rather have it 3d like the thread says suggesting when movie companies remaster they enhance video with 3d technology that doesn't require glasses to give HD more quadHD like imagery

I have seen good 3D(Polar Express, Chicken Little, Meet the Robinson's) and would like to see 3D. Our eyes have limitation on how much we can see in terms of resolution, and we are almost there with 1920x1080p. Anything higher than this resolution is a waste, as our ability to see more resolution than this is little to non existent.
