Trouble with BB Reward Zone site...

So I'm trying to log into myrewardzone.com to check my point balance and maybe issue a certificate, but the site isn't recognizing my email and password. I just used the site fine a few days ago but now it seems to be down.

Is anyone else having any problems or I am the only one? I guess I need to give them a call if it's just me.

Try entering you reward zone card number as your username and enter your password the same as usual. Worked for me last time I was having trouble.

Thanks a bunch, that worked. I wonder why it stopped working with my email address. .
